Default problem with time step???

hi every one
i runned model with 300 time steps,for high computation time i stop run and shut down my system, now i want see movement water in plane that defined, unfortunately my first time step dispalyed of 254 to 300, how i bring From the beginning? Is there a way?

The results for each time step exists as separate files. If you can find the files for the earlier time steps then load it and it should work fine. If you cannot find the files then they are lost and you will have to rerun the simulation.
