Question Displaying 3D Contour as a 2D Image

Dear all,
In CFD-Post, I would like to display 3D wall shear stress distribution in an artery model as a 2D image by virtually cutting open and unfolding the artery along its length, as seen in the attached image.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't think you can do this in CFD-Post. You will have to export the WSS from CFD-Post and import it into another package (matlab/python/excel or whatever) to draw the 2D plot.
