hi dear all
i run a spillway model, i want obtain velocity quantities exactly in 0.6 of the free surface, because in experimental data also rusult obtained in this distance(0.6 of the free surface), how do this? i am familiar to define isosurface, iso clip, boundary intersection in poly line, but None this methods, solve not my problem.

thanks

Create "User Surface" 6in from surface you want results from. Plot/Extract results on/from User Surface

dear singer1812
This distance (0.6) must be entered in one of tab in user surface? unfortunately dont understand your order, i should velocity in 0.6 m of the free surface, and other problem is find free surface in model? are exist exact way for find it?
thanks

You can get the free surface by a isosurface of volume fraction = 0.5. Then do the user surface offset from this surface as Edmund says.
