How can I make a chart that multiple lines, each represent a definite time point in the transient solution? For example, imagine a velocity profiles at different times.

What I have currently is one line, which changes according to the time point I choose using the selector. Thanks.

Try creating a new variable (frozen copy) of the variable you want to plot. Do this at each time point. Plot each variable on the same chart.

If you want a chart with multiple variable that are not available in the same time the easiest way from my point of view is to use excel...
you can easily export the data of your chart and then create one sheet on excel to plot all together...
