Dear all,
I want to do transient one-Way FSI using 2-Way FSI framework; however, I have no idea how to specify in CFX to not send back displacement to the CFX. I would be too pleased if any body could help me. Thanks AshtonJ |

Hi,
I don't know if this can help, but I have seen a 1-way fsi calculation in the webinar from the 23th september. i think you have to download some ACT extension librairy for a FSI transient calculation. After that you settle your mechanical box with the data from CFX in Workbench: share the geometry and transfer the solution of CFX to the setup of mechanical. Hoping this will, but for something this particular, I think that the support from ANSYS will be more precise than me. Regards, Thomas MADELEINE |

If you want to use the 2-way framework for this then set the CFX boundary condition as stationary and use the "Additional Coupling Sent Data" section on the boundary condition panel to send the forces.
