Hello,

I need your help for calculating the enthalpy with/in CFD-Post from an CFX .res file.
Boundaries:
CO2 - real-gas
Reference pressure 3700000 Pa

Now I want to calculate the enthalpy with the expression:
massFlowAveAbs(Static Enthalpy)@
massFlowAveAbs(Total Enthalpy in Stn Frame)@

And the isentropic enthalpie HTSOut with:
HTIn+(cpRef*tTotalIn*((pTotalOut/pTotalIn)^((gamma-1)/gamma)-1)

The calculated enthalpies doesn’t make sense, because HTSOut is bigger than HTOut.
I think it is a problem with the reference enthalpie. Can somebody help me to understand the “problem”?

Thank you and greetings
