How inviscid flow simulations in cfx.i can not simulation inviscid flow in cfx .I do not know where the inviscid flow model in cfx.

CFX cannot do inviscid flow. You need some viscosity. But if you put in a very small viscosity (maybe 1E-10 Pa.s or something) and then do a sensitivity check to ensure this is effectively zero you can do an approximation of a inviscid flow.
