Dear experts,
While searching for a method that will allow me to capture the motion of aortic valves in Ansys, I encountered the name immersed solid method in cfx and was wondering- Does someone know of a good tutorial about this method? Does someone know of a good tutorial that teach how to model a moving valve that is also able to close properly? thanks in advance |

The CFX tutorials include an immersed solid example.
From memory immersed solids do not work well if the solid contacts another solid or a wall. This make it tricky to use them for closing valves. |

Have a look in the CFX help files for the examples.
The difference between CFX and Fluent is they are spelled differently. |
