Hello,
I've trouble to define the outflow BC while calulating a steady free surface flow past a ship hull. I want to ask if it's possible to set the hydrostatic pressure on the outflow BC of the domain in case the free surface height on the outflow is unknown a priori by using the following CEL: hout=areaInt(Water.Volume Fraction)@Outflow/DomainBreadth WaterVFout=if(z<hout,1,if(z==hout,0.5),0) AirVFout=1-WaterVFout PressureOut=(DenWater-DenAir)*g*abs(z-hout)*WaterVFout When I solve the problem I get error in the few first timesteps unit it gets error and stops. Any help ? Thanks Turbulent. Last edited by Turbulent; May 26, 2014 at 08:45. |
