Boundary Conditions do not match the results

You are right, but consider these two configuration of BC
1- "Opening with pressure at the inlet" and "Velocity component at the Outlet"
2- "Opening with pressure at the inlet" and "Opening with velocity components at the outlet".
And the same temporal BC for the average velocity that in some point goes to reverse flow.
Do you expect to see much of the difference between these two setups
and which one you think is more physical?
