Hi. A quick question to all. I am able to get the average wall heat transfer coefficient from CFX post (function calculator). What I want to know is whether this coefficient is purely convective or is radiation also taken into account.
Thanks in advance! Yasir |

Yes, radiation is taken into account.
This is covered in the CFX documentation. If you searched it for 'wall heat transfer coefficient' you'd have your answer. |
