hi, I want to have advice.
I are compared theory, experiment, and analysis . Model ; image "+ ~ +" Section, but only L(length) : 58.6 mm B(height) : 0.6mm W(width) : 5.0mm μ(viscosity) : 0.172 Pa*s r(specific weight) : 1.118 g/cm3 Q(flow rate) : 3.7 g/s http://blog.naver.com/ekfzha555 The resulting value of theory ; Pe = 12μQL/(wB^3 ) = (12 ∗0.172 ∗3.7∗ 58.6)/(5 ∗ 〖0.6〗^3 ∗ 1.118∗〖10〗^(-3) ) = 3.7bar The resulting value of experimental ; Pe = 3.7 bar The resulting value of analysis CFX ; Pe = 2.68 bar setting ; Domain : fluid / Air -two component Reference P. 1atm Initialization : velocity 0 m/s relative pressure 0atm Volume fraction - fluid(0) / Air(1) inlet : mass flow rate 3.7g/s Volume fraction - fluid(1) / Air(0) outlet : static pressure 0bar wall : no slip why is that ? 1bar difference ?
