Hello everyone!
Thanks in advance for who will reply at this question! I use Ansys 14.0. I have introduced my mesh in CFX-Pre...then I have assigned boundary conditions. At the inlet, I have placed the velocity. This velocity is an input known of my problem as the Reynolds number that I have it. When I start with CFX-Solver, I read that the Reynolds number is different respect the Reynolds that I have. The problem is that Ansys calculates the Global Length with a number that I do not know from where it comes. Ansys Global Length is 5.7927E-02. My Global Length is 5.0E-0.2. (This is the correct number). How may I correct this error with Ansys? If I have to write an expression in CFX-Pre, how can I do that? Please, you do not say me "See Help or Tutorial", because I have already done but I did not understood nothing. Thanks |

I should write a FAQ on this, but in the meantime try this post: http://www.cfd-online.com/Forums/cfx...umber-cfx.html
