Is there any way of displaying the heat transfer coefficient along a surface or pre-defined boundary?

Yes, it is a variable available in the post processor by default. It is called "Wall Heat transfer coefficient", it is accessible under the puzzlingly named "..." button, and the variable only exists on wall boundaries.
