Hello,
I would like to simulate a temperature distribution on the steel-articles which are dried in a drying cabine. In this cabine there is an heat exchanger and air circulates in a closed area. See the attached file. I would like to do an transient simulation and check, which ist the temperatur of this articles after x seconds. Because air circulate in a closed area I don't know, where I should give bonudary conditions... (for example outlet don't mean in this case that the air go outside but this air is still in our simulation area). Thank you. |

Hello,
- I made in my simulation a simplification: I skip the modeling of fan and heat exchanger and I defined only the inlet and outlet temperature from a heat exchanger documentation (inlet to heat exchanger 25 C, outlet 90 C). See the first attached file. - I would like to do a transient analyse to check drying of steel articles. My CFD Model - see the second attached file (orange colour is air, grey colour are steel articles). - I defined a domain interface between air and steel articles - I have a question about the results of a temperature distribution: On all 3 steel parts we have a quite the same temperature (+- 0.1 C). See the third attached file. It is rather not possible, My BC about heat transfer: Specific heat capacity [1/(J*K)] for steel is defined.Which parameter more can miss here? Thank You Michal Szczepaniak |
