As i went to analyze thermal energy transfer from coil to water in which coil is electrically heated. But when i started to analyze using icem CFX solver it shows error using CFX capablity ELECTROMAGNETIC.i know i gave electric conductivity for my coil.
Is this shows that i dont have permissions for electromagnetic or anyother problem..please help me |

Contact your local Ansys office to obtain a proper license. Apparently you need something extra in your license to do E-mag simulations.

It is possible to convert the electrical heat to a volumetric heat source in your solid domain (you coil); this method will not need an electromagnetic licence. Whether this is applicable in your case, you can decide.
