ANSYS CFX simulation: Post CFX error

hello guys. i'm currently doing a simulation relating to mixing operation using Ansys cfx. i've encounter an error inn which cfx post mention about error in reading the res file of my simulation. i was struggling as it was my first time having the simulation to run successfully but was disappointing as i cannot read the result file. anyone please help me T_T i just wanted to know what goes wrong so i can make the changes.

Can you post the CCL and the error message?

i'm not really sure on whats happening but it seems that the problem is solve by jus loading the result module without closing the solution module first.. is that how it suppose to be??
