Hi
Is anybody here who have succeeded in setting up ANSYS remote solver manager on 2 pc’s and run a jobin prallel? I have spent a whole day but I couldn’t accomplish it. ansys workbench RMS wizard always fails in last configuration step and reports a test failor. I have 2 computers connected in a home network .I have selected this option as first step for both pc: “no it is not a head node or not to be configured as remote solve manager “ do I need to set a cluster remote solver ?do I need to set a head nod for one of my pc’s? In the next step I selected solver manager and compute server for on fo my pc’s and jus compute serve for the other one. And other steps so on.. Am I doing right for this first steps? |
