Hi
Does anyone know if CFX is able to solve a body Drop test over a fluid (water) ?
Where could I find a tutorial/example for this?
Maybe I should use Ansys Explicit dynamics instead?
thank´s

CFX certainly can do this. But whether it is the most appropriate software for the task is another question.

Thank´s

CFX support has some examples of rigid bodies being dropped into water I think. Try contacting them.

I have no idea if you can use aqua inside CFX. I have never tried it.

May Aqwa by itself able to solve a drop test problem? Better rather than CFX for this purpose?
