FSI calculation error

Dear all:

I am newcomer to CFX analysis. I want to to the FSI two way coupled analysis.

My target is to simulate a diaphragm diffuser micro pump.
Periodic force is applied on a flexible diaphragm, then the diaphragm deforms. The diaphragm displacement is then applied as the CFX boundary condition and calculate the flow.

First I do the CFX tutorial chapter 23. Oscillating Plate with Two-Way Fluid-Structure Interaction.

Then I build my own case, it is similar to the tutorial case. I upload it in the attachment 1. it contains a solid flexible diaphragm and fluid region.

Then I do the mesh. in attachment 2.

Then the setting is the same as the tutorial. When I run the CFX calculation.
There is an error occurs.

"The ANSYS CFX solver exited with return code 1. No results file has been created."

Check your mesh and sure that these is not any error in Ansys transient structural, check your boundary condition and reduce time step.
