Monitor the areaAve(x)@some pertainent area of the flap? (Or y or z).

If you set up a good area (or have a mesh region that is good) you should be able to monitor how your flap moves.

Thanks!

I attached a picture...

hm, I can't choose an area at the flap.

Problem is: the flap opens arround a center of rotation out of the flap!

if I measure: minVal(Total Mesh Displacement Y)@FLAP and
maxVal(Total Mesh Displacement Y)@FLAP
than I get two different values.

What I need is a kind of point at the flap (best in the middle, see picture)

anybody an idea?
