Hi All,
Im simulating CD nozzle with CFX, ideal gas, SST formulation (hex mesh is forever for supersonic flows). Vel. and Mach# are in comparison with experimental data, BUT TOTAL TEMPERATURE is NOT . 1.jpg Is anyone can explain me why the total(stagnation) temperature rises right after nozzle end?! what should I turn on/off within CFX pre to fix this issue...? 2.jpg thanks in advance. BTW-converged WELL + I did not change Cp 3.jpg Last edited by imnull; November 2, 2012 at 16:19. Reason: adding the graph |

What is the stagnation temp graph of? Stag temp along a line? Or averages? Or something else?
