I need help please

I have a model imported from AUTODESK INVENTOR with 3 different fluid bodies frozen, then took ICEM Mesh, we generated a grid to each of them and open it in CFX_PRE, who tells me that the domains are not defined.
One of the domains I have to give conditions of rotation.

My question is:

Is it OK to generate the mesh in ICEM and then define the domains in CFX_PRE?

How would I have to generate the mesh to define a rotating domain in CFX_PRE?

Thanks for your answers

I attached them images to better understand the problem

This is the basic from Designmodeller to ICEM to CFX-Pre. Have you done the tutorials for them all? That explains the basic questions like this.

Yes, I did the tutorials or some tutorials. The problem is that the meshes are made and only you can import them, but no built. just found these tutorials. Could it be that you can take me a link where I find other tutorials? please

There are tutorials for workbench, ICEM, DM and everything on the ANSYS customer page.
