Anyone have any ideas of what the issue could be?

Sounds pretty obvious. You do not have a valid definition file. This is probably because of a problem in CFX-Pre so it did not generate a def file and the rest of the workbench system failed to execute because of it.

The error says that you have specified two boundary conditions at the same location (inlet). Why not change it?

The intention was obviously not to specify two boundary conditions at the inlet,
there is no-slip at the walls, symmetry of the side faces and inflow and outflow boundary conditions specified. |
