It could mean that you're temperature is varying too much per time step and that is why solution is not converging. If it is a transient case, try lowering the time step so that ansys captures the temperature change step by step. Another reason could be mesh. Try refining the mesh.
Last reason could be boundary condition. So make sure the boundary condition you have set is correct.
