CFD Simulation and Optimization of Swirl nozzle

Hi All

I am looking for an expert in the filed of multiphase flow simulation using CFX,
We have a swirl nozzle and this nozzle is used for clean in place cleaning purpose for tank cleaning. Here we need to have simulation of water jet and resolve the droplets and its forces and also droplet size has to be evaluated and then optimize the nozzle in such a way that we use less water for cleaning and increase the force of the water droplets and also increase the area of coverage.

Do you want a resolved VOF calculation or just the particles from an atomisation model?

Wihout knowing any details, I would expect that a practical approach would be more succesful, and probably cheaper.
Unless you cannot inspect the parts to be cleaned since it is too small, too dangerous, or something else..... and therefore you have to rely on simulation. Then I can help you with this. Please send me a PM.
