Please see below the tasks, could somehelp me please I am very new to this and I could use a Matlab code for the following
1. A data set of 200 frames captured using a PIV in a water channel has been provided. The depth of flow in the channel is approximately 170 mm. The width of the channel is 1.1 m. Each frame is for the same open channel field-of-view (FOV) covering from the bottom close to the bed and up to the free surface at the top. Please disregard the first four lines in the header of the date files. The columns in the data file are self-explanatory. The time difference between two data files is 0. 34 s. Assume no-slip condition at the bed. Calculate the following: A. Using the 200 frames, calculate the mean Reynolds shear profile. B. Calculate the friction velocity in the channel C. Plot the profiles in the classical semi-log plot See below only just a part of the one of the 200 files PIVlab by W.Th. & E.J.S., ASCII chart output - 22-Aug-2019 FRAME: 801, filenames: A: bg_subtracted_WOFT000801.T000.D000.P000.H000.LA.TI F & B: bg_subtracted_WOFT000801.T000.D000.P000.H000.LB.TI F, conversion factor xy (px -> m): 7.9582e-05, conversion factor uv (px/frame -> m/s): 0.034601 x [m],y [m],u [m/s],v [m/s] 0.01225562701,0.01830385852,0.2470173739,0.0113690 4002 0.01225562701,0.01957717042,0.2406842196,-0.01047280772 0.01225562701,0.02085048232,0.2219417555,-0.01011418292 0.01225562701,0.02212379421,0.2319426942,-0.01909123597 0.01225562701,0.02339710611,0.2279459914,-0.0276101643 0.01225562701,0.02467041801,0.2289305619,-0.00880173739 |
