Freelancer needed for a project

Hi,

I am working on a project and would like to do a CFD simulation. Basically, I have an underwater robot that uses lateral fins to generate thrust. The fins are governed by sinusoidal waves pushing along the length of the fin as you can see from the image. Could anyone help me model this and run a transient CFD analysis to calculate what forces it generates?
