I am looking for someone who could help me in a spray simulation using starccm+ Kindly contact me if you are aware of multiphase simulation, Lagrangian, VOF, Nozzle, Droplets etc.

I have done rotary bell spray painting simulation. But as you have mentioned I don't think VOF and Lagrangian are compatible with each other as of now. Last time I have checked on Star-ccm+ steve portal this idea was under development. Though Lagrangian spray particles and single phase gas flow is possible.
