Hi Everybody!
I have some problem with simulation of evaporation. I try to model the spin coating process using Ansys, but I need some help. This process is a thin layer fabrication method and the most important step of this is the evaporation. In Ansys software there are 2 evaporation model (if I know), but the evaporation of a given solution is too complicated. I want to evaporate only the solute from this material mixture and need to diluted material remaining on the surface of the disk. If anybody could help to resolve this problem, I would thank for. |

Hi, if the problem is still not solved, I am ready to discuss in details in PM, by skype or e-mail: yayakovchuk@yandex.ru I had experience modelling evaporation.
