CFD study on root canals

Hello,

I'm doing a study on root canals irrigation, where I want to see the CFD analysis of that irrigation. I've obtained the root canals geometry from micro CTs and the irrigation needles from C4D. I've managed to imported them to fluent but I'm getting problems with the mesh.

Need help...
