Hi there,
Relatively new to CFD, Small problem that I have involves scaling down the known case of an Ahmed body running at 40m/s in fluent and trying to create simulation at 10m/s where it can still be considered valid. I have carried out a simulation on the 40m/s case and have got an accurate solution compared to experimental data but am not sure if I could edit mesh to suit 10m/s free stream while still having some certainty that the solution is ok. I was using the k-epsilon model with non equilibrium wall functions on the 40m/s but I don't think it would work for this lower Reynolds number case. Any tips? Thanks. |
