Hi Everybody,

I am woking on packed bed which consist of sphere particle. model is cylinder D=0.6m and L=1m

In the article asf=(6*(1-eps))/dp

asf=Surface area per unit bulk volume of the packed bed.

eps=porosity

dp=particle diameter

My geometry cylinder (D=0.6 and L=1)

I know porosity. How can I calculate particle diameter of sphere.

If you help, I would be glad. Thank you in advance.

Best Regards.
