Hi all,
I am using the ANSYS Workbench 16.2 meshing application to mesh a 3D flow domain for use in Fluent. When I add inflation layers to my mesh, they produce highly skewed cells around the trailing edge of the airfoils, since they come to a sharp point. How can I resolve this? I have seen some solutions posted, but none for this software. Screencap of current mesh attempt: Thanks, Toofanian |

Hi Toofanian(nice name),
It would not be too bad a trade-off to switch to ICEM block structured meshing if you're still facing the issue with your mesh. C-grid is a best practice for airfoils Best. |
