Very small job: converting an OpenFOAM mesh to a format needed by another code

I need to run a benchmark to compare a result based on OpenFOAM/interFoam with a result from another code.

I'd like to use a mesh that is similar for both codes. The other code does not have a great meshing tool, so I'd like to export the OpenFOAM mesh in a form that can be used by the other code. The file attached here, "mesh.txt" shows an example format of a mesh for the other code.

This kind of thing is not straightforward for me, but maybe there's someone out there who would find it easy to do. If you're interested, please PM me and I can provide any further details, including my OpenFOAM mesh. Thank you.

What is the other code? We have converted OpenFOAM meshes into formats most commercial codes can read.
