Hi guys,

I want to simulate a micropump valve has been shown in picture with cfx in 2-way FSI analysis.
the problem is wether I define valve as a solid domain or immersed, I confront folded mesh error.
The pressure difference is made by a membrane deflection I made in the other part of geometry.

I would appreciate if you help me to solve it.

Thanks
