Short Term CFD Project Looking at the Optimisation of a Nozzle Design

Hi,

I'm interested in finding a freelance CFD engineer to run some simulations on various nozzle designs. The nozzle is part of a handheld medical device designed to measure the pressure within the eye. The set up of the system that would require analysis is a piston discharging a volume of air into a tube approximately 100mm long and 4mm internal diameter into a small chamber which is attached to a nozzle and open to the atmosphere. The aim is to optimise the design of the nozzle to produce a coherent jet of air with the required mass flow and velocity characteristics.

This would be a short term contract and any interested individuals would be required to have their own CFD package and license. They would also be required to be on site at the company from time to time and so should be based within commutable distance from Windsor, UK.
