Hi everybody,

I am new to this forum. I have created a model of SD TSOP (Stacked die Thin small outline package) as per industry standards using Creo and I have exported the model as a Step file to work with Ansys for thermal analysis. I am completely new to Ansys. If someone can help me assign the material properties, mesh my model and help me with the solutions, it would help me a lot.
