Hi everybody,
I am new to this forum. I have created a model of SD TSOP (Stacked die Thin small outline package) as per industry standards using Creo and I have exported the model as a Step file to work with Ansys for thermal analysis. I am completely new to Ansys. If someone can help me assign the material properties, mesh my model and help me with the solutions, it would help me a lot. |

Hi,
Do you require your simulation to be done in Icepak or You are comfortable to do that in FloTHERM. Please let me know if you are ok with FloTHERM. I'm expert in the field of Electronics Thermal Management and I can help you in simulation and solution. For further contact please reach me at vignesh.kpv@gmail.com Regards, Vignesh |
