Post Help needed in simulating precipitation in supercritical water

Hi,
I need some guidance in how to create and model supercritical water and also create a precipitation model using some kind of UDF to simulate precipitation process in supercritical water.

It is a daunting task and I really do need some guidance from experts as to how to tackle this problem.
