Could anyone posts a simple mesh to I see?
The first guy attaches cylinderMesh.m4. which is for older Openfoam, writing patches differently.

The second attaches cylinderMesh.txt which is the same as first but compatible with Openfoam 3.0.0. Five blocks, at the center a rectangular block like Chinese coin.

The third attachement cylinderMesh.txt compatible with 3.0.0

The fourth cylinder_mesh.txt has a simple structure. Block with 8 vertices but there are two pair the same vertices (without type wedge !). Its sturcture : four parts (blocks), no special treatment at the center. Considering aspect ratio at axe, recommands to use snappyHexMesh.

UHGAR This guy have two posts of code. The last one works with 3.0.0. A large cylinder connectting with a little co-axial cylinder. At the center : one circular block very much like the one of J.M.V.
