I want to reach to the variation of heat transfer coefficient that occure during quenching process, but in 3D results output in quenching simulation we have only " convective heat transfer coefficient " contoure, so how can I reach to this? Does it need subroutine? Does anyone have any suggestion about it?

What do you mean by "variation of heat transfer coefficient that occure during quenching process"? You talk about heat transfer over time?

thanks dear
you know in quenching process we have 3 types of heat transfer including film boiling, nucleate boiling and at last convection, I mean after simulation finished, how can I reach to the results of heat transfer coefficient during this process including these all regimes, I selected a defined cell and then I import this subroutine that I attached for you to get heat transfer(Q), then I used this formula to get HTC, " HTC = Q/(Ts-Tfluid), so do you think is it right? do you have any suggestion? |
