Is there any way of using flow design in 2023 without viruses?
Any basic and free alternatives would be apriciated

Flow Design was released many many years ago and wasn't updated in years AFAIK.
I don't know of totally free alternatives but:

Airshaper has a pay per simulation option.
SimScale has a free community account.
