What is the proper way to simulate a flow through a pipe with air ratio (5%) in oil using CFD?
I tried to use equivalent density, viscosity and bulk modulus for the mixed air/oil in CFD material setup. As soon as I changed the fluid bulk modulus for simulating air entrapment in oil, Autodesk Simulation CFD crashed. Is it because of violation of "incompressible" requirement? |
