I am a master student now working on a project related to wind turbine noise. I would like to ask if someone has wind turbine geometry profile, better to be in form of coordinate values....like ones used for Gambit

Im also a student doing masters in wind turbines and I think a good project to start on would be the NREL wind turbine tests

http://wind.nrel.gov/amestest/

They provide the details of their geometry and they will give you their results of the experiment if you ask.

I have the geometry if you want in Solidworks format. You should also take a look at my thesis as might give you an overview of the study as well as many other references.

Hello Fred, I would like to have your thesis as reference, as well as the blade profile data. But I am not sure about Solidworks format...can I export it to .txt or excel?

Hey I would like to help...But I am not using Gambit right now...and I dont have the blade profiles yet....
