I am simulating a FSI problem by ANSYS+CFX. But the work often come out errors.
The errors are as follows:
CFX-Pre Application Error:ERROR Syntax error:%s parameters should have the format:load
ERROR Syntax error:action'wbloadmesh'parameters should have the formataram=value
I cannot solve the problem, I hope I can get your help.
Thank you!

Can you send me the model (zipped of course)? I can take a look at it and see if I can offer any help.

Yes,I can send you my model. My model is too big, can you give me your email address? I will send it to you. Thank you very much.

What version of ansys are you using? Also what are you trying to model?

The version of ansys which I am using is 13.1. I want to simulate a Fluid-Structure Interaction problem. A liquid flow impacts a tube bundle, and the tubes are vibrated. I want to get the velocity, pressure, temperature in the flow, the amplitude of the tubes, and the lift force, drag force on the surface of the tubes.
My model has been sent to you.
I use transient structural+CFX to achieve the simulation.

cao sheng , i doing the almost same case with you . This method can find flow induced vibration .

My case is fluid flow through a blockage in a circular pipe causing the pipe wall vibrated. Can i get the vibration result ?

I think you can use ANSYS transient structural+CFX to get the vibration result. You need to establish a monitor point on the pipe to record the displacement. I think the method is available.

Cao Sheng,

I have taken a look at your setup. I see that the CFX mesh is not even being imported into the CFX setup to run (i.e. there is still a question mark next to setup in your CFX cell). I was not able to even get the mesh to read into setup unless I remade the CFX cell from scratch.

So what I suggest you do is delete your CFX cell and remake it, remesh it and open the CFX setup cell to make sure your mesh is imported. After you have done that then connect the Mechanical setup to the CFX setup.

You will not be able to progress till you CFX mesh is read into CFX-Pre.

dklastiwka,
I still can't open the CFX setup after I accepted your suggestion. Can you help me to complete the setup, and sent the right one to me? In this way, I can understand my mistake.
Thank you!

Sir, I want to accomplish vortex induced vibrations in heat exchanger tubes same as your case
1. Let's say I chose fluent and transient structural FSI then what type support and boundary conditions should be used for transient structural so that tubes will have the room to vibrate.
2. what are other techniques to run this simulation.
any help in this regard will be much appreciated.

Thanks.
