How to use Cart3D to generate Cartesian grid?

Hi CFDer guys,I want to generate Cartesian grid. Cart3d can generate the mesh .But I don not know how to use it .Can anyone tell me how do that or give me some userGuider?
Another problem,does anyone use program code to generate the Cartesian Grid ?Can give me some advise or some code ? Thank you so much! Now I feel like that I was at sea without dirctions.
