Hi,
Does anyone know if it is possible to enter a friction coefficient or surface roughness in FloWizard? If not, how would you account for the increased losses associated with running say a smooth versus a cast iron pipe?

well,
surface roughness is an optional item in CFX or Fluent.
it is not a real one but an equivalent sand size,
Remember, the roughness value should be smaller than the mesh height of first layer close to the wall.
