Antonio O is on a distinguished road
Hello, I am working on automating ANSYS with MATLAB. First, I create a .bgi file, which I then convert to .bgd using BladeBatch.exe. Afterward, I want to automate the BladeGen-TurboGrid-CFX process using a journal file, but I’m encountering the following issues:

When I modify the bgi file I adjust the theta angle distribution, but I also want to control the starting beta angle at the leading edge. Does anyone know how to impose this condition from the bgi file?

Once I have the bgd file, how can I incorporate it into the process defined in the journal file that I execute with RunWB2.exe?

Which option is better for automating the process: using the journal file or running each program separately with its respective executable?

Thanks and best regards!
