Is Ansys Polyflow considered a suitable laminar flow and heat transfer simulation software for the problem of impinging jets onto flat or finned surfaces with high viscosity fluids? I want to simulate a flow with a Reynolds number of 3000, which is equivalent to turbulent flow, will Ansys Polyflow simulate it correctly?

I would only use polyflow to simulate viscoelastic flow.
In all other cases, use a general purpose CFD package like Fluent, CFX, Star-CCM+ or similar. |
