Hello Community,

I have designed a magnetic for a subject of my master's degree in electronics engineering with Ansys Electronics Desktop.

The thing is I have an error that is giving me headaches. Once I have designed all the magnetic (given the symmetry references, assigned excitations, created region, assigned material...) when I click on "Analysis>Setup1>Analyze," I get the following error message:

[error] The quality of some mesh elements is not acceptable for solution. Please check the geometry for issues in the following location (in meters): X=0.00536424, Y=-0.0146285, Z=-0.0061444. (04:44:43 PM Jun 15, 2024)
[error] Simulation completed with execution error on server: Local Machine. (04:44:44 PM Jun 15, 2024)

The thing is that I have checked where this point is and it's a random point where there is nothing there. I have searched the internet for this problem and some people propose the following:
  1. If you are 100% sure in your mesh and are ready to take risk you can disable this mesh error, please set windows environmental variable SKIP_MESHCHECK =1, this will skip mesh check.

I also tried multiple Mesh Setting configurations and all give me this problem.

Could anyone help me solve this problem?

Kind regards, Alfonso.
